Description

Are you ready for a new challenge?  Ranch Ehrlo Society is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Analyst 1.  The IT Analyst 1 is the first point of triage for any technical issues experienced by Ranch Ehrlo Society end users.  Responsible for responding to incoming phone calls, emails, or any method of incident reporting.  They are responsible for fulfilling service request and incidents relating to information services, applications, access, hardware and software for all IT assets within the agency.  They are required to technically troubleshoot problems ranging from hardware or software issues, system or network access, operating system problems, and all computer peripherals or mobile devices used within the Agency.  This is a full-time temp opportunity for up to a 1 year term.
